Any supporters holding a discount ticket on a match day who are deemed not to qualify for the relevant discount will be referred to the Rochdale AFC ticket office to pay the upgrade amount. It is therefore recommended that all concessionaires provide proof of their eligibility for a concession ticket.
Rochdale AFC operates a barcode entrance, no cash turnstiles operate on match days.
Rochdale AFC will not duplicate lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
Disabled information
Handicapped and wheelchair attendants pay the respective price free of charge with the attendant. These can be purchased through Carlisle United.

In person – come to the main box office at the Pioneer booth at the specified time. Tickets are sold on home match days at the box office in the West Stand.
Phone – Call the cashier 0330 094 5930 at the times indicated and pay with a credit/debit card.
Please note there is an additional charge of 85p for posting tickets to customers who have purchased over the phone. The last day tickets will be sent at 4:00 p.m Monday, January 31st.
